Alhamdulillah thumma Alhamdulillah. Journal pertama saya telahpun di published di Applied Physics Letters (APL) bertajuk "Photoluminescence investigation of high quality GaAsBi on GaAs". Saya telah mula menulis journal ini semenjak July 2010 dan telah melalui 11 proses editting sebelum supervisor saya, Prof. John David dan Dr. Jo Shien Ng berpuas hati untuk submission.

Mabruk! Good to hear you have published your first paper. Perhaps when you come back, we can think of a project together. I.e. find money to buy a PL setup.
Setakat ni, tak jumpa lagi univ yg ada PL setup ni.

thanks kak fadzlin. we certainly have to work together when I come back. i hope i can finish by the end of next year. please make du'a for me =).
i also cited your EL paper in my journal. now, i'm preparing for the 2nd APL, hopefully it can be submitted in july.
i will have a look at SiC thesis and email it to you.
